CDC Clinical Incident Application (CIA)

The CIA was created to record and monitor domestic Zika Virus patients. Created originally as a simple Access database, the software requirements were expanded to be more comprehensive and allow responders to quickly enter information. The prototype was designed using existing field names to help expedite development.
